Overview of Maximizer™ Product Line

The Production Maximizer™ Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid – Reducing Shutdown Events and Methane Emissions

Liftrock Integrated Lift Services was founded in 2016 with a primary mission to provide solutions and services that increase uptime and reduce the environmental impact of gas lift facilities.  The initial step towards realizing that goal was the development of the Maximizer™ Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid (formerly known as the QuickSet™ Gas Lift Compression Skid), which represented a significant advancement in gas lift compression control technology.

Today, the Maximizer is available in several versions, the Maximizer MRU2000 Series and the Maximizer MRU3000 Series, in order to provide the best match of control skid to the customer’s gas lift facility.

With technology proven in over 55 gas lift facilities servicing over 300 oil wells, Maximizer Gas Lift Compression Optimization systems are proven to:
  • Dramatically increase production of gas lift facilities by reducing compressor shutdown events
  • Eliminate up to 100% of fugitive methane emissions at gas lift facilities
  • Increase gross cash flow by  $1.16 per BOE

Production Maximizer™ Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid

The Maximizer™ Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid is a patented*, fully integrated, easily installed system proven to significantly reduce compressor shutdown events and eliminate fugitive methane emissions. In addition, Maximizer skids eliminate the need for liquid-dump methanol line injections and scrubber dumps, leading to lower maintenance requirements and increased facility uptime. Since it is fabricated in a controlled manufacturing facility, the Maximizer offers both quality construction and easy installation.

The Maximizer™ Model MRU2000 – designed to be deployed with engine-driven compressors, this Maximizer model dramatically reduces compressor shutdown events and captures up to 75% of the methane emissions from a gas lift facility

The Maximizer™ Model MRU3000 – designed to be deployed with electric- or engine-driven compressors, this Maximizer dramatically reduces compressor shutdown events and captures 100% of the methane emissions from a gas lift facility

Maximizer™ Benefits

The Maximizer™ Gas Lift Compression Optimization Skid provides a number of benefits, each contributing to the reliability and environmental performance of any gas lift compression operation. These benefits include:

Reduces LOE By Increasing Net Cash Flow

By dramatically cutting the number of compressor shutdown events, reducing the duration of bypassed well injection, and eliminating methane emissions from gas lift facilities, the Maximizer decreases LOE through increased gross cash flow of gas lift facilities of $1.16 per BOE.

Reduces Compressor Shutdown Events

The Maximizer system eliminates liquid-level shutdown events caused by freeze-ups, along with the need for associated methanol injection systems. This system further eliminates engine panel shutdowns, along with engine and compressor shutdown events resulting from low oil pressure due to poor fuel quality. Eliminating these issues, the Maximizer delivers improved uptime, higher production, and reduced maintenance costs.

Reduces Duration of Bypassed Well Injection

The Maximizer’s onboard methane capture measurement and telemetry system reduces the duration of leaking and stuck open dump valve events of gas lift compressors by 97%. Without a Maximizer skid these reoccurring problems are difficult to detect and can have a significant negative impact on well production due to under injection.

Stops Methane Emissions

Maximizer models capture fugitive methane associated with gas lift facilities, including emissions from packing vents, pneumatic valves, and blowdown events.

Adds Revenue from Captured Gas

By reusing captured methane as fuel gas or injection gas, Maximizer skids increase available production gas volumes, which adds revenue to the bottom line.

Generates Monthly Compressor Performance Report

The Maximizer’s on-board measurement devices and telemetry system generate monthly reports detailing volumes of methane, VOCs, and HAPs (hazardous air pollutants) captured.

Eliminates the Need for Liquid Storage

Since all gases and liquids are processed within the Maximizer skid itself, there is no need for natural gas liquid storage at facilities eliminating the risk of leaking hydrocarbons, and their associated methane emissions

Cuts Facility Construction Time and Cost

The Maximizer is a manufactured system with more than 90% of interconnecting piping joints completed prior to delivery, reducing on-site installation time.
